- 90% of the registration fee may be refunded until 11th June,
- 60% of the registration fee may be refunded from 12th June to 11th August,
- 30% of the registration fee may be refunded from 12th August to 5th September.
- no refund is guaranteed after 5th September, though the organiser will make all efforts to refund any part of the registration fee.
