Thursday, September 3:
Arrival in Schladming at the Sporthotel Royer
6:30 PM Welcome drink
7:30 PM Dinner
Friday, September 4:
We will travel in 3 groups to avoid traffic congestion
Kaiservilla Bad Ischl - parking in front of the Villa
Guided tour of the Villa and the park, followed by a sightseeing tour of Bad Ischl
Lunch: snack and soft drink included in the price
Bad Aussee - Lotus Museum
Return to the hotel
Rest, change into traditional costumes
Bus transfer to the Schafalm excursion site
Folklore evening, dinner
Bus transfer back to the hotel
Saturday, September 5:
Tour of the Salzburg Salt World (also in 3 groups)
Snack lunch + soft drink
Visit to the Dachstein Ice World (3 groups)
Return to the hotel
Dinner
Sunday, September 6:
Breakfast and farewell
Optional program (weather-dependent, additional cost): car tour to the Stoderzinken excursion site, lunch
Participation fee for 2 people: €1,350, for 1 person €840
which includes:
hotel (3 nights), breakfast, snack lunch with soft drinks, welcome drinks, dinner (excluding drinks), admission tickets, welcome package (including the Dachstein-Schladming Sommercard).
Parking at the hotel is free, but there is a separate fee of 10 EUR/day for the garage (to be paid along with the participation fee). Please indicate your preference when registering!!
Registration and payment of the full fee must be completed by May 27.
According to the announcement, available spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, up to the maximum capacity of 120 participants.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made by July 1 are free of charge.
Cancellations made by August 1 incur a 40% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made by August 20 incur a 70% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made by September 2 incur a 90% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued from September 3.
